What is the Omaha Champions Village?  

The Omaha Champions Village is the only all-inclusive boys baseball complex in the world that is centered around the College World Series. The tournament is a chance for players and participants to eat, sleep, and play baseball on our 40-acre complex.

What is the price per player/coach?  

For six days and five nights, the retail price is $549. That price includes twelve meals, lodging, an six-game guarantee, and a coveted Omaha Champions Village all-star ring, presented during closing ceremonies.

Are the team clubhouses air-conditioned?  

Yes.

Are there medical facilities on-site?  

Yes. During the week of the Omaha Champions Village, there is a First Responder on-site 24/7.

What age groups are invited to play at the Omaha Champions Village?  

We currently invite ten, eleven and twelve year-old and under teams to the Omaha Champions Village to participate in age-specific weeks.

Where is the Omaha Champions Village located?  

The Omaha Champions Village is centrally located in Bellevue, Nebraska, just minutes away from the College World Series.

Is there an admission fee?  

Gate fees are as follows: Daily: Adult (ages 10+):$7 Children (ages 3-9):$5 Weekly: Adult (ages 10+):$20 Children (ages 3-9):$15

Is outside food and drink allowed?  

Outside drink is allowed into the complex. However, we do not allow outside food into the complex. Food and drink is not allowed into the team clubhouses.

How Many Fields are there at the Omaha Champions Village?  

The Omaha Champions Village has six fields.

How many teams a week can participate at the Omaha Champions Village?  

Thirty-six teams can participate in a single week.

Where do the teams that participate in the Omaha Champions Village come from?  

Teams participate comes from around the world. Last year teams from 35 different states and the Dominican Republic competed at the Omaha Champions Village.

Is laundry available for the week?  

Laundry is available for the week for $28 per player/coach. Our laundry partner will pick-up, wash, dry, fold and return clothing the next morning in time for your games.

Where do the player's and coaches' families stay?  

The Omaha Champions Village is conveniently located next to a number of hotels and motels. The link to our lodging partners and lodging policy can be found on the website home page.

Can I park an RV at the Omaha Champions Village?  

At this time RVs cannot be parked at the Omaha Champions Village.

Is wi-fi available at the Omaha Champions Village?  

Wi-Fi is available in "The Barn," our tournament headquarters.

Can a team participate more than once?  

The Omaha Champions Village is open to ten, eleven and twelve and under teams, so a team may return as often as it would like as long as it fits into an appropriate age division.

Is the initial $99 registration fee refundable?  

Yes, the initial $99 registration fee is fully refundable for 14 days after the registration is received.

How many players and coaches can stay in the village?  

The team clubhouses are designed to hold 18, 14 players in the clubhouse and 4 coaches if you want to squeeze them all in.

Are there a minimum number of players and coaches that need to attend the Omaha Champions Village?  

Yes, a minimum of eleven players and three coaches must attend. Our facility insurance provider requires that one adult must be present for every four players.

What is the age cut-off?  

The Omaha Champions Village follows the USSSA age cut-off of May 1st.

Does the Omaha Champions Village require proof of age?  

Yes, your coach will need to show copies of the players' birth certificates when checking in at the Omaha Champions Village.

Will teams need team insurance?  

Yes, each team will need insurance.

Do teams need to be affiliated with any particular organization?  

Yes, each team needs to be registered with USSSA in order to participate.
